Almeria can be enjoyed any time of the year because of its year-round mild weather. The province enjoys over 3000 hours of sun a year, so is perfect for sun-seekers wishing to escape the UK's cold, wet winters.
On the coast, winters are similar to what Brits would consider to be a good summer – mild, low rainfall and daytime temperatures of around 20ºC. Summers are hot, with temperatures in the 30ºs most of the time, and they are long too - April to October.
